Yay! We were the winners of the 2011 Go for 2 and 5 School Garden Scarecrow Competition! With a huge effort from our Gardeners and some great community helpers, our scarecrow started to take form.
He turned out really well, and has many qualities of a typical Pilbara worker! Overall, we came in first place in the regional category! Well done everyone!
Our scarecrow has now gone away for the cyclone season, but will be back at work next year to keep the crows away.
