From Yandeyarra to Leederville!
Yandeyarra Certificate 2 Students visiting SIDE
Year 10 and 11 Certificate 2 Creative Industries students travelled to Perth during November to meet their SIDE lecturer and visit Central Institute, as part of their studies.
After spending the year completing tasks from Yandeyarra and participating in weekly online SABA sessions with their SIDE lecturer, Neil Berry, students finally met face to face.
The group of 5 spent a week in Perth, visiting lecturers and industry professionals in their areas of study; film making and TV, and had the opportunity to see other areas including radio broadcasting.
The trip was a huge success, with a big thanks going to Neil for all his hard work in arranging the Central Institute visit.
