Marnti Warajanga – a walk together
This week we had a 3 day visit from the MOAD team for the travelling exhibition Marnti Warajanga – check out what happened!
Cricket Day 2
It was a good game on Friday afternoon – everyone batted very well. Mugarinya Stars batted first, and got some great runs on the board, and the Cockroaches bowled very well.
Overall, well done to the winning team: Cockroaches!

A huge congratulations to Jahmarley being a winner in the Term 1 Books in Homes competition!
He was selected as one of the top 20 entries – there were more than 500 entries in the competition! Jahmarley has won a prize pack from Scholastic for his entry.

Exciting news: we have just heard that Kicks4Kidz and Rod Willet may be heading our way later this term!
Des Headland is the new ambassador so it will be great to have them both at our school again. Keep watch for updates…

A Bright New Bench
Our bench and gazebo has a new coat of paint! It looks great!
Another great afternoon! The new game was a bit difficult, but everyone soon learnt some quick tricks.

It looks like Cyclone Lua will cross straight through Marble Bar and Nullagine. Good luck to all the kids and staff at Marble Bar and Nullagine schools! Hopefully Jigalong won’t be hit too hard either.
